Ray Gasson

Ray Gasson

Ray Gasson was previously head of Savills' farm management department in Banbury. He attended the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester where he was the leading student on both the National Diploma in Agriculture and Advanced Farm Management courses. His qualifications led to farm management posts in Cambridgeshire and Cheshire before returning to Oxfordshire. Widely respected for his expertise, commitment and judgement, Ray remains actively involved in running the dairy and mixed arable family farm on the edge of the Cotswolds.



Peter Baughen

Peter Baughen

Peter Baughen gained an HND (Distinction) at Seale-Hayne and after several years experience on mixed farms in Hampshire, Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire joined Savills' farm management department in 1985. A director of RGA, Peter is involved in the management of farms throughout central and southern England.



Mike Ewence

Mike Ewence

Mike Ewence is an experienced farm/estate manager. After training at Berkshire College of Agriculture, he was employed as a working farm manager on estates in Buckinghamshire, Kent and Hampshire. In 1989 he joined Savills as a farm business consultant working together with Ray and Peter and was a founder employee of RGA. Mike is a director of RGA and also secretary of the Central region of The British Institute of Agricultural Consultants.



Paul Harper

Paul Harper

Paul Harper joined the RGA team in 1995 having previously worked in farm business management in Lincolnshire. He comes from a farming family in North Oxfordshire and has an agricultural degree specialising in business management. He retains close links to practical farming with his involvement in the family farm. Paul became a director of the company in 2005.



Emma Stevens

Emma Watson

Emma Watson joined the RGA team in 1998 after attending university in Newcastle Upon Tyne where she gained a degree in Agriculture with honours in Farm Business Management. Again, she retains close links to practical farming with her involvement in the family farm in North Oxfordshire.
