Emma Watson

Emma Watson has provided farm management and consultancy advice for the last 22 years as part of the Gasson Associates team. Emma’s role ranges from advising on the management of arable and livestock units, to setting up direct selling enterprises and even creating large scale Environmental Stewardship Agreements. She also farms with her husband, where they put into practice her belief in sustainable farming and Conservation Agriculture.


Peter Baughen

Peter Baughen gained an HND (Distinction) at Seale-Hayne and after several years experience on mixed farms in Hampshire, Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire joined Savills’ farm management department in 1985. A director of Gasson Associates, Peter is involved in the management of farms throughout central and southern England.


Philip Arkell

Philip Arkell joined Gasson Associates in November 2010 after graduating from the RAC at Cirencester with a degree in Rural Land Management. Philip has experience in a wide range of farming and Estate management. A Fellow of the CAAV, and a scholar of the John Edgar Trust Farm Management course, Philip is a Director of Gasson Associates, based in Newbury and is involved in the management of Estates and farms, including fruit, throughout the South of England.


Jacquetta Weaver

Jacks Weaver joined the Gasson Associates team in 2022 after working at a National Firm for a number of years – where she gained membership to the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Prior to this she attended the Royal Agricultural University where she gained a degree in Rural Estate Management. She keeps up to date with the farming world by helping out with the family farm in South Gloucestershire. Outside of work, she can be found in the kitchen baking or enjoying the countryside.


Emma Cox

Emma Cox joined Gasson Associates in 2018 having graduated from the Royal Agricutlural University with a degree in Agriculture. Whilst at University, Emma gained experience in grain sampling, storage and field trials. She is a probationary member of CAAV and BIAC and has been accepted onto the John Edgar Trust Farm Management course starting in December 2021. Emma retains close links to practical farming with her family farm near Oxford.


Bridget Nixon

Bridget Nixon comes from Mid Wales and has a strong connection with rural business and a passion for land diversification. After graduating from Harper Adams University, Bridget has worked on behalf of a diverse range of clients focusing on day to day management, rural grant schemes and stewardships. Bridget assists in all manner of traditional rural Estate and property management throughout the Midlands & Welsh Marches.


Lucy Tuluhungwa

Lucy Tuluhungwa joined Gasson Associates in 2014. After graduating from Newcastle University with at degree in Agriculture & Agronomy Lucy spent time working for a local grain merchants and maltsters before embarking on a career in raw material procurement and commodity trading. Lucy’s role ranges from estate management through to procurement.
